Launch Event with PR push
On February 12th, we welcomed over 150 media representatives and content creators to the Deutsches Museum in Munich.
Instead of a red carpet, they were greeted by a complete Rug Exhibition - designed by Michael Michalsky. For Ruggable, the fashion designer created a Modern Metropolitan Collection - 5 rugs for 5 capitals: New York, Berlin, London, Paris, and Vienna.
Our invitation was, therefore, a personalized Modern Metropolitan Passport for each guest, with travel stamps for all 5 destinations.
The collection was presented as a vernissage - turning the designs into wall tapestries for one evening. Michalsky explained his ideas behind each model, shared his perspective on the interior design scene, and revealed what advice he would give his younger self today.
Before the official launch, we conducted interviews with Michael Michalsky. In the evening, representatives from Marie Claire, Vogue, ELLE, Glamour, Instyle, Harper’s Bazaar, and more selected their favorite pieces from the collection.
Ruggable appeared not only on RTL but also on the creators' channels, generating several million impressions from the launch event alone.
A successful PR kick-off that will now be followed up with further media outreach.
